Aleam hold a 3 year "Licence to undertake work with asbestos" issued by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). We have a proven track record of working on various projects containing licensed and non licensed asbestos materials including sprayed coating, insulation, AIB, textured coatings, cement products and more. We have experience and competency of working in live hospitals, large demolition projects, offices, educational, residential care and domestic dwellings to name a few.
Regulation 4 of Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 describes the duty to manage asbestos. Managing asbestos does not always mean a requirement to remove asbestos from your premises, asbestos can be made safe by form of encapsulation at times and with trained asbestos operatives and carpenters at Aleam, we are confident that when a safe alterative to removal can be implemented, we have the skillset to assist.
Asbestos collection and disposal
We can assist is the removal of asbestos waste generated from your project or even fly tipped waste. We can assist by providing a vehicle and operatives to remove small amounts of waste and remove to a licensed transfer station or by provision of asbestos skips and operatives for larger waste removal.
Asbestos surveys & testing We can assist with asbestos testing in the form of asbestos management surveys, asbestos refurbishment & demolition surveys (commonly known as R&D) and bulk samples. We can also assist with delivering asbestos air testing to identify levels of airborne fibres. All air testing & sampling are analysed by UKAS accredited companies.

At Aleam we don't just employ asbestos specialists, we also have our own in house multi trade skilled teams, this enables us to offer a fully comprehensive reinstatement package right from helping you design your spaces through to final clean and handover.
